Kids Mindfulness video

This 17 minute practice is great for kids of all ages and nurturing the 'child within' us all. This session weaves in gentle movement, tai chi and yoga, and the Capacitar Finger Holds to manage emotions. Using the Window of Tolerance and nature Taran creates a lovely sequence to help teach pocket practices to reduce anxiety and increase an overall sense of wellbeing.
